If financing is right for the project, your Kaiser representative explains the available financing programs and helps you understand the monthly payment options, terms, and any promotional rates currently available.
The application process is typically completed online through the lender's secure portal. Most applications get a credit decision within minutes. Kaiser does not run credit checks or handle credit data directly — that's between you and the lender.
Once financing is approved, Kaiser schedules the installation or repair work. The lender pays Kaiser directly; you make monthly payments to the lender per your financing agreement.
Kaiser completes the work to the standards documented in your estimate. Maintenance plans (starting at $8.25/month) and warranty coverage continue normally for financed systems.
