Neil Kaiser established the company in Ventura County, starting with a single service truck and a commitment to providing reliable heating and cooling solutions to the local community.
On November 1, 2002, Cory Dishman officially acquired the company after 18 years of hands-on experience within the organization, continuing its tradition of dependable service and strong customer relationships.
Today, Kaiser Air Conditioning operates a fleet of over 20 service vehicles and serves homeowners and businesses throughout Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. From its Oxnard headquarters, the team continues to deliver fast, reliable HVAC service backed by decades of experience.
Through charitable programs, donations, and community involvement, we strive to give back to the people and neighborhoods that have supported our business for decades. Kaiser Air Conditioning allocates resources and financial contributions to the following organizations in Ventura and LA Counties.
Developer of 26 properties for low-income residents, farmworkers, veterans, and seniors. Services include home ownership education and youth leadership.
Central Coast developer of over 1,100 owner-built homes and 1,400 rental units since 1970.
Agency focused on poverty reduction through donor outreach and collaboration with public/private funding sources.
Provides developmental programs for youth competence and usefulness.
Facilitates one-to-one mentoring relationships for children facing adversity.
